Meet three of our new colleagues

All Apurgo products are now compatible with the cloud-based remote monitoring solution Apurgo Cloud. At the same time, there are more facilities that need to be operated.

– “The most important thing for us is that customers receive good follow-up and service,” says team leader for operations Odd-Sverre Johansen, referring to the 2024 customer survey.

– It shows that we have the market’s most satisfied customers, and we certainly intend to keep it that way!

Good experience and good mood

– “Ørjan Saur and Sverre Leraand joined us as our new colleagues in August, and they have really proved to be a fantastic duo,” says Johansen.

Both Saur and Leraand have experience as service technicians. They know each other well from before, and in fact they were colleagues at their previous workplace too.

– It’s funny that we ended up here together at the same time,” laughs Saur.

– And we’re also looking forward to working with our new talented colleagues,” adds Leraand.

The two new operations technicians are both experienced and cheerful, and will provide assistance to customers in both Norway and abroad. They will do this by both visiting the facilities and monitoring operations.

Johansen, Saur and Leraand have had plenty to work with since the start-up in August, now that ^ApurgoM3, Heat&Cool Smart and Apurgo Clean can all be controlled with Apurgo Cloud.

– With our solution, we can ensure that all facilities are working at their best all the time. As soon as something doesn’t look right, we contact the customer. It’s really important that we have enough people on the team so that customers feel cared for and safe,” concludes team leader Johansen.

Doubled the marketing department

It’s not just the operations center that has noticed an increased pace, the marketing department has also had more to do recently, after the company has established itself heavily in Eastern Norway with several departments.

– We’ve actually doubled the size of our marketing department, from one to two,” laughs Administration and Marketing Manager Lene K. Vaagan.

In mid-September, the new communications officer Vilde Charlotte Nittemark joined the head office in Trondheim.

– Vilde will assist with communication both internally and with our certified partners,” says Vaagan.

Nittemark himself is looking forward to the new everyday life.

– “Apurgo develops many innovative products and it’s inspiring to be part of the future here. I’m looking forward to getting to know everything even better and showing it to the world,” she concludes.
