Ready to take Apurgo Cloud to the next level
We’ve welcomed two new employees to the team – and they bring both solid technological expertise and a strong commitment to development and innovation. Meet Anton Petersson and Ottar Søraa Graven, both of whom will be helping to further develop Apurgo Cloud – our digital platform for smarter water treatment and building operations.
Anton Petersson – Product and Subject Manager Digital Systems
Anton will lead the development department and will be responsible for the technical direction and further development of Apurgo Cloud. He has extensive experience as a software architect and developer, and has worked with everything from smart heating control and GNSS systems to embedded programming and image processing.
At Apurgo, Anton will help make ApurgoCloud even more user-friendly, scalable and future-oriented – with a focus on quality, security and flexibility. He has a strategic view of how digital solutions can support both operations and growth, and will play a key role in developing the platform further in line with market needs.
In his spare time, he has been involved in Taekwondo, strength training, horses and dance – including Lindy Hop courses in Trondheim. His taste in music leans towards hard rock, and he has previously been an avid gamer. Now his focus is on his toddler’s life, but his commitment and curiosity remain just as strong.
Ottar Søraa Graven – Software developer driven by curiosity
Ottar is the new software developer in the team and has a versatile technical background. He has worked with the development of web applications, embedded systems and IoT solutions – including smart heating control and industrial systems. He has experience with a variety of programming languages and technologies, and has previously been involved in both consulting and product development.
At Apurgo, Ottar will work closely with the further development of Apurgo Cloud, with a particular focus on functionality, integrations and user experience. He has a practical and exploratory approach to
development, and is committed to creating solutions that actually solve problems for users – whether they are operations staff, property managers or technical consultants.
In his spare time, he can be found flying model airplanes, playing floorball, walking his dog or playing drums in a band. He also has experience with racing drones, 3D printing and game development – and a strong urge to understand how things work (which has led to some things being taken apart more than put back together again.
We’re proud to have Anton and Ottar on board – and we’re looking forward to developing Apurgo Cloud with them. The goal is clear: To make construction operations smarter, easier and more sustainable so that we can pave the way for a greener future for water.
