Regional manager / Sales engineer
Norway’s leading player in digital water treatment seeks Regional Manager / Sales Engineer for Central and Northern Norway!

So who are you?
You are structured and preferably have technical expertise in HVAC, operating systems, control systems or other relevant technical background. A PC is as natural a working tool for you as a screwdriver. You must be able to communicate well both orally and in writing in Norwegian and English, as we also have international customers.
You are a person who enjoys having contact with customers and the market at the executive, advisory and decision-making levels. Preferably, you have also worked with sales aimed at the public sector. Personally, you are driven by activity and goals, while being self-driven, systematic and solution-oriented.
You are a natural collaborator, work efficiently and have clear goals in mind. You are skilled at achieving a balance between quality and efficiency for the benefit of both the customer and us.

You will be responsible for:
- Management and further development of your own sales area
- Sales of all products and services in the company to new and existing customers
- Advice and guidance of customers
- Develop and maintain the Partner Program
- Attend trade fairs, gatherings and other events
- Actively contribute to the development of the product range and market development in line with the company’s strategy for growth areas
Your background:
To succeed with us, you should have relevant experience from technical sales and long-term relationship building, preferably with a good network within the HVAC industry, operators and public/private buildings and property managers. You preferably have a technical education or professional certificate and are curious about new technology and innovation, but a high level of technical understanding can compensate for this.
