Since we started in 2009, we have experienced strong growth, and in recent years we have been named a gazelle company. Today, just under 20 employees in Trondheim, Bergen and Tønsberg are working to find new energy-efficient solutions for water and fluid treatment in all types of buildings, whether they are water supply networks or closed energy plants.

Research and development

We collaborate with NTNU and receive support from the Research Council and Innovation Norway. In our laboratory, Apurgo LAB, we are continuously engaged in research and development, and we also carry out assignments for customers who want to start commercial production.
Since the company was established, we have worked closely with bachelor and master students from NTNU. We want you as a student to join the team, to show what opportunities exist with us, but also to be able to learn from each other. In addition, we have good experience in thinking new things in recruitment. In collaboration with NAV, we have given committed and skilled people the chance to return to work, which has become a very good resource for us.

    Position Overview:

    Norway’s leading player in digital water treatment, Apurgo, seeks a Regional Manager / Sales Engineer for Central and Northern Norway. This is a unique opportunity to work in a growing company and develop your skills in technical sales and customer training. You will be part of a committed, interdisciplinary team with a dynamic work environment and excellent development opportunities.

    About the Role:

    As Regional Manager / Sales Engineer, your responsibilities will include:



    • Managing and developing your own sales area.

    • Selling all Apurgo products and services to new and existing customers.

    • Providing advice and guidance to customers.

    • Developing and maintaining the Partner Program.

    • Attending trade fairs, gatherings, and other industry events.

    • Actively contributing to the development of our product range and market strategy in line with company growth objectives.


     


    Who Are You?

    You are structured and have technical expertise in HVAC, operating systems, control systems, or other relevant technical fields. You are proficient with both digital tools and practical ones and can communicate fluently in Norwegian and English, as we also serve international customers. You thrive on customer interaction and market engagement at all levels and have experience with sales, preferably in the public sector. Driven, goal-oriented, and systematic, you collaborate well and balance quality and efficiency.


    Preferred Background:



    • Relevant experience in technical sales and long-term relationship building.

    • A strong network within the HVAC industry, operators, and property managers.

    • Technical education or certification is preferred, but substantial technical understanding can also be considered.
