Research to make water and liquid treatment even more efficient has been one of the most important pillars of Apurgo since the company was established at NTNU in Trondheim in 2009.

Since then, we have worked continuously to ensure customers energy-saving systems, whether they are to remove Legionella or corrosion that reduces the effect in a heating system. The key word is safe and efficient water and liquid treatment that saves energy, water and time.

Cooperation key to development

In the LAB, exciting studies and projects take place. We are constantly working to optimize our exciting products, as well as develop new, innovative solutions. This takes place in close collaboration with specialist communities at NTNU and Sintef, as well as in good dialogue with our customers.

The department has key expertise for research and business development. Together with other expertise in Apurgo, the departments complement each other and form strong teams. We work closely with our customers and work actively to ensure that they are successful in the market.

We regularly collaborate with NTNU on student assignments, where the students work on testing new products and developing existing products, among other things.
